What is the volume and Folio number on the Certificate of Title?

These reference details are in the top right hand corner of the Certificate of Title or may be on your rates Notice. If you cannot provide these details then we can conduct a additional search with the Land Titles Office for the sum of $20.00.
If yes please state the financial institution and their contact details: postal address, telephone number (do not include loan details we shall contact you directly for the loan account details in due course). If no please advise as to the location of the Certificate of Title.
If yes, when is the tenancy to expire? Who is the managing agent? What is the managing agents telephone number? postal address? Please have the managing agent send a copy of the lease agreement by facsimile transmission to 03 8677 2597 within the next two (2) business days.
The Home Owners warranty insurance is the seven (7) year structural guarantee that must be provided when a property is offered for sale and is less than seven (7) years old. You can find this document in your old section 32 Vendor Statement (from when you purchased the property) or alternatively if you had the property built it will be in the building contract and/or contact your builder for a copy.
Please provide us with a copy of the building permit and if the work was over $12,000.00 a copy of the building insurance – if you have any questions then please contact this office by telephone as soon as practicable.
If you have breached a Covenant or you have built over an easement then please provide us with details. What services (if any) are available to the property?

Please note that "connected" indicates that the services are connected to the property and currently working “Available” indicates that the services are adjacent to the land (eg in the case of residential land in the suburbs). Note that you should ensure the information you provide as to services is true and correct, as failure to provide the relevant information and/or incorrect information may lead to any contract of sale being voided and/or a claim for compensation form a purchaser if the information is incorrect.
