Personal Experience

Joanne Simmonds studied at Monash University, has practiced law in The Concourse, Beaumaris since 2002 and has over thirty years’ experience in the law.  Her focus is predominantly the areas of  Estate Planning, Wills, Asset Protection, Commercial Agreements, Business Sales and Purchases and Commercial and Retail Leasing. She also has extensive experience in advising clients in relation to Retirement Village Agreements and their financial implications.
